Everything was done in a professional manner - from scheduling the inspection, signing the contract, reviewing other work the company performed, and being provided an overview of the process. TJ is nice and personable. He answered EVERY question and you knew it was based on his years of experience, proficiency and level of expertise. He explained things in basic terms as well as providing nuggets of knowledge for maintaining our home. On the day of the inspection, he was not only prompt but actually arrived early using a drone to survey parts of the exterior. We received his comprehensive report in less than 24 hours.
